Captain Jack Is It Down
Work out in a minute whether the casino is actually down or the problem is between your device and it — then fix the half that is yours.

This panel reports the desk's last manual check, not a live poll of the casino — nothing on this page can see your connection. If the site fails for you while this reads green, the diagnostic below will tell you which side the fault is on.
The 60-Second Diagnostic
Four checks, in this order. The first one that behaves differently from the others tells you where the fault is, and you can stop there.
Open the site on mobile data with Wi-Fi off
The most informative ten seconds of the whole process. If it loads on cellular but not on your home or office connection, the casino is up and something on that network is filtering it — router-level parental controls and workplace DNS filters are the usual suspects.
Try a private window in a different browser
Rules out a stale session cookie, a half-applied site update and an extension breaking the lobby. Ad blockers and privacy extensions are a common cause of a page that loads but shows an empty games grid.
Turn any VPN off completely
VPN exit nodes are widely blocked by site security layers, and playing through one generally breaches the terms — which matters far more at withdrawal time than at login time. If the site works only with the VPN off, leave it off.
Check whether it is one section or the whole site
Lobby fine but cashier failing means a payment processor, not an outage — try a different rail. Slots fine but live dealer black means the streaming provider. A site that is genuinely down fails at the front door for everyone at once.
Still failing after all four? Then it is worth reporting. Note the exact time, the error code if there is one, and which of the four checks behaved differently — support resolves a ticket with those three things far faster than one that says the site is broken.
What Happens to Your Bet During an Outage
This is the question people actually want answered, and the answer is reassuring: the round is decided on the server, not in your browser. Your device is a display. When a spin is interrupted the outcome has already been generated and recorded, and the balance you see when you log back in reflects the completed result — win or lose.
Bonus rounds and free spin sequences are stored at the point they were interrupted. Reopen the game and it resumes from there rather than starting over or vanishing. This is standard behaviour on the platform and it is one of the few areas where the answer is genuinely simple.
Live dealer is the exception worth knowing about. If the stream drops mid-hand, the physical round continues at the table without you, and it is settled according to the table rules whether or not your connection came back. A blackjack hand left undecided is typically stood on the cards you held. Check the game history in the account area rather than guessing.
Slot spin
Settled server-side. Balance is correct when you return, and the result appears in game history with its original timestamp.
Bonus round
Saved at the interruption point. Reopening the game resumes it — do not start a new session hoping to trigger it again.
Live table
The round continues without you and is settled by table rules. This is the one case where a dropout can genuinely cost you a decision.
Fix It by Symptom
| What you see | Most likely cause | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Page never loads, spinner forever | DNS or network-level filtering | Switch to mobile data; if it works, the block is on that network |
| Loads, but the games grid is empty | Ad blocker or privacy extension | Private window with extensions disabled |
| Login loops back to the login screen | Stale session cookie | Clear cookies for the domain and sign in again |
| Cashier fails, everything else fine | Payment processor outage | Try another rail — see payment methods |
| Live tables black, slots fine | Streaming provider | Wait it out; slots are unaffected |
| "Not available in your location" | Geolocation or a VPN exit node | Disable the VPN entirely and retry on your own connection |
| Game freezes mid-spin | Client-side, not the server | Reload — the round is already settled on the server |
Error Codes You Will Actually See
1020 — Access denied
A firewall rule matched your request, not a casino decision. VPN exit nodes, unusual user agents and shared IPs with a poor reputation all trigger it. Turn off the VPN, clear cookies for the domain, try a different network.
521 / 522 — Origin unreachable
This one genuinely is the casino side: the edge network cannot reach the server behind it. Nothing you can do but wait. These usually clear within the hour.
403 — Forbidden
Usually geolocation. Confirm your VPN is fully off, including any always-on profile on the device, and retry on mobile data to establish whether the block follows you.
503 — Service unavailable
Almost always scheduled maintenance. Announced in the account area beforehand and typically finished inside a couple of hours, usually overnight in Canadian time zones.
Session expired
Not an error so much as a timeout. Sessions are dropped after a period of inactivity by design. Log in again; nothing is lost, including a game left open in another tab.
Transaction declined
A cashier message, not a site fault, and it comes from your issuer far more often than from the casino. The causes are laid out on the payments page.
Outage Log
Incidents the desk observed or had corroborated by more than one player report. Not exhaustive — a short blip in one province may never reach us — but it is a real record rather than an uptime badge.

What Players Report
"Site wouldn't load all evening. Turned Wi-Fi off, loaded instantly on data. Turned out my router had a content filter on I'd forgotten about."
"Lost connection during a free spins round and assumed it was gone. Logged back in an hour later and it picked up exactly where it stopped, with two spins left."
"Card deposits kept failing while Interac went through first time. Wasn't the casino at all — the card processor was having a bad afternoon."
